Undawn is an immersive open-world survival game set in a post-apocalyptic world. After the unearthing of a meteorite element in a mysterious relic, a zombie outburst began, destroying countless cities. Groups of survivors must gather together to build shelters, craft weapons, collect resources and bring hope to the new world.

What was my part?

Narrative Designer
Outsourcing for Tencent’s IEG department was my first job in the game industry. It opened a door to the industry for me. Undawn is made collectively by over two hundred developers. During my time as a narrative designer for Undawn, I mainly worked on quest and event design for the Golden Desert and created new lore for Mt. Ollie. I also created the in-game magazine side system for content marketing. It was a fun experience creating tribes, characters and lore to build a world and carve out an adventurous journey for players.
